The apartments MARC Benidorm are cosy and spacious apartments with one bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room for 2 people. The kitchen is American style equipped for 4 people and the apartment also has a complete bathroom and spacious terrace. Included in the price is a television and washing machine. If you wish you can also hire a safety deposit box for your personal use. There is also a community swimming pool or use of its residents. Prices include change of linen weekly (sheets and towels) plus electricity and maintenance. There is a refundable breakage deposit of 100 euros.

The apartments LOIXMAR are ideal for your holidays. They consist of one bedroom, American style kitchen equipped for 4 people, a complete bathroom, cosy living room with sofa bed for 2 people and a large terrace where you can relax. The apartments have included in the price TV and a washing machine. There is a safety deposit box in the apartment for rent for your personal security, this is optional. These apartments also have air conditioning at a small supplement per day, again this is optional, however must be requested when booking. There is a communal car park with some shaded and some unshaded spaces. A childrens playground for the kids to amuse themselves, while you swim in the pool or sunbathe on the surrounding terrace. Prices include, change of linen (sheets and towels)weekly, electricity and maintenance. There is a refundable breakage to pay of 100 euros.

The apartments LUXMAR consist of one bedroom with two single beds, a complete bathroom, american style kitchen equipped for 4 people, living room with a sofabed for 2 people and terrace. These apartments also have central heating during the winter months to make you feel at home. The television and washing machine are included in the price, and if you wish you can hire a safety deposit box for your personal use. The apartments also have a communial swimming pool, cafeteria and communial parking. Included in the price is change of linen weekly (sheets and towels). There is a refunable breakage deposit of 100 euros.

GEMELOS 22 are new, bright and modern and have one bedroom with two single beds, living room with a sofabed for 2 people, kitchen equipped for 4 people, full bathroom and spacious terrace. All the apartments have television and washing machines included in the price. There are safety deposit boxes for rent, for your personal use. The apartment sleeps maximum 4 persons. The Gemelos XXII complex has a beautiful garden area to relax in plus there is a children play area. The swimming pool is very large and one of the best in the area, apart from the outdoor pool there is an indoor pool for the winter months, tennis courts and an area to play bowls. We can offer parking and air conditioning, on request, for a supplement.

The apartments CERVANTES are one bedroom apartments and sleep up to a maximum of 4 people. There are two single beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room, kitchen equipped for four and full bathroom. All the apartments have washing machine, television and a communal swimming pool.

GEMELOS 24 are one bedroom and have two single beds. They consist of living/dinning room, with a sofabed for 2 people, a complete bathroom and kitchen. They also have a terrace with sea views where you can admire the Meditterean sea (see photo). The apartments also have a swimming pool with grass areas, childrens play area and padel court. There is a gymnasium and sauna which comes under the control of the community. There is a television and washing machine in each apartment and you can also hire a safety deposit box for your personal use. There is parking depending on availability at a small charge. The apartment sleeps maximum 4 persons.

The apartments COBLANCA 8 have one bedroom with two single beds, living room with a sofabed for two people, kitchen equipped for four people, full bathroom and a magnificent terrace where you can enjoy the incredible views over the sea and beach. At the communal swimming pool you can relax and enjoy the sun on the sunbeds.

The apartments CORNELIA are one bedroom apartments and sleep upto a maximum of 4 people. There are two single beds in the bedroom and a sofabed for 2 people in the living room, kitchen equipped for four and full bathroom. All the apartments have washing machine and television and there is also a safety deposit for hire for your personal use. The terrace has a wonderful view over the bay of La Cala, and the swimming pool. Prices include change of linen weekly (sheets and towels) plus electricity and maintenance.
