Situation

The apartments Balcon del Mar are situated in La Cala de Finestrat, Benidorm. They are situated in a very privileged position surrounded by bars, restaurants, shops, banks etc.
Near to this magnificent bay are Carrefour, a large hypermarket, plus a large shopping centre with numerous shops and boutiques, a children play section and 8 cinemas, and of course not forgetting Terra Mitica the big theme park.

Description

The apartments Balcon del Mar are two bedrooms apartments and sleep up to a maximum of 6 people. There are two single beds in each bedroom and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room, kitchen equipped for six and 2 bathroom. All the apartments have washing machine, television and a communal swimming pool.
Prices include change of linen weekly (sheets and towels) plus electricity and maintenance. There is a refundable breakage deposit of 150 euros. Prices are based on 4 night stays if you wish to book for less there is a supplement of 62 euros between June and September and 30 euros the rest of the year
