Description

The apartments have one bedroom with two single beds, a sofa-bed for two people in the living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. (some glazed in) T.V. inc. The T.V´s are equipped with a Digital Terrestrial Receiver. This enables you to watch all programmes in there original language. These apartments have a sea view.

Comunal services:
Swimming pool, parking (spaces not guaranteed), porter and two lifts.

Optional services:
Safety deposit box and cots for babies.

Cleaning services:
The apartments are fully clean upon arrival. Cleaning (except kitchen) and linen change is weekly.Weekly cleaning is not included for long stays.

Breakage deposit of 150 euros

Apartments doesn't have washing machine.

We do not permit animals

Cancellation fees:

72 hours before arrival: 1 day

48 hours before arrival and "No shows": 2 days
