GEMELOS XXII consist of 3 blocks of apartments 2 of which are situated in the street Avenida Ametlla del mar and the other block is situated in the street Avenida Juan Fuster Zaragoza. This complex was built in 2003 and is very well situated in the Rincon de Loix area. Surrounding the complex are many shops, bars, restaurants and banks, for all nationalities. The Levante beach is situated only approximately 500 mts away with its famous new promenade, and many entertainments. Quite near to the complex is the Benidorm Palace night club with its wonderful national and international show. Also close by is Aqualand water park and Mundomar.

Description

The apartments are new, bright and modern and have two bedrooms with two single beds in each bedroom, living room with a sofabed for 2 people, kitchen equipped for 6 people, two bathrooms and spacious terrace. All the apartments have television and washing machines included in the price. There are safety deposit boxes for rent, for your personal use. The apartment sleeps maximum 6 persons.
The Gemelos XXII complex has a beautiful garden area to relax in plus there is a childrens play area. The swimming pool is very large and one of the best in the area, apart from the outdoor pool there is an indoor pool for the winter months, tennis courts and an area to play bowls.
We can offer parking and air conditioning, on request, for a supplement.
Prices include:- Change of linen weekly (sheets and towels). Prices are based on 4 night stays if you wish to book for less there is a supplement of 62 euros between June and September and 30 euros the rest of the year. You also have to pay a refundable breakage deposit of 150 euros.
