GEMELOS XXIV - 2 BEDROOMS. The apartments are situated 100 mts from the beach in La Cala, Finestrat. The area consists of numerous bars, restaurants and shops. It is also fairly close to the shopping centre La Marina, Carrefour hipermarket, and Terra Mítica theme park.

Description

BUILT IN 2005. Apartments with two bedrooms one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. There is a living room with a sofa bed for two people, two bathrooms and kitchen. There is also a balcony with views over the Mediterranean (see photos). The apartments have a swimming pool with green areas and a children play area plus paddle tennis. The gym and sauna are subject to the regulations of the community. Television and washing machine included in the price. There is a supplement for garage/parking space, when available, and rental of a safety deposit box. The apartment sleeps 4/6 people.
Price includes, change of linen (towels and sheets) weekly, electricity and maintenance. There is a refundable breakage deposit to pay of 150 euros. Prices are based on 7 night stays if you wish to book for less there is a supplement of 62 euros between June and September and 50 euros the rest of the year.
