The apartments Albasit were built in the year 2001 and are extremely nice and modern apartments. They are situated in the street Avenida Juan Fuster Zaragoza in the Rincón de Loix area of Benidorm. It is only approximately 600 mts to the Levante beach and 100 mts.you will find plenty of shops, restaurants, bars etc. These apartments are very well situated for all amenities.

Description

The Albasit apartments consist of two bedrooms with two single beds in each bedroom, plus a sofabed for two in the living room, a full bathroom and separate shower room plus a spacious terrace. All apartments have washing machines and televisions and you can hire a safety deposit box, for your personal use. There is a swimming pool with sun terrace. Price includes a change of linen weekly (sheets and towels), plus electricity and maintenance. There is a refundable breakage deposit of 150 euros. Prices are based on 7 night stays if you wish to book for less there is a supplement of 62 euros between June and September and 50 euros the rest of the year.
