GEMELOS XXIV - The apartments Gemelos XXIV are situated in La Cala de Finestrat, Benidorm in Avenida Rosa del Vents. They are situated in a very privaledged position surrounded by bars, restaurants, shops, banks etc.
Near to this magnificent bay is Carrefour, a large hipermarket, plus a large shopping centre with numerous shops and boutiques, a childrens play section and 8 cinemas, and of course not forgetting Terra Miticia the big theme park.

Description

BUILT IN 2005 -These apartments are one bedroom and have two single beds. They consist of living/dinning room, with a sofabed for 2 people, a complete bathroom and kitchen. They also have a terrace with sea views where you can admire the Meditterean sea (see photo). The apartments also have a swimming pool with grass areas, childrens play area and padel court. There is a gymnasium and sauna which comes under the control of the community. There is a television and washing machine in each apartment and you can also hire a safety deposit box for your personal use. There is parking depending on availability at a small charge. The apartment sleeps maximum 4 persons.
Prices include a change of linen weekly (sheets and towels) electricity and maintenance. There is a refundable breakage deposit of 100 euros. Prices are based on 7 night stays if you wish to book less than 7 nights there is a supplement of between 52 euros - 20 euros.
